everything, you have to take the money/criminal element out of drugs to get any money savings (they would be HUGE!). there will be so much money saved that there could be all kinds of programs for the few that get addicted. how many people are addicted to alcohol, and look at those costs to society. why is alcohol ok, but everything else addicting isn't? you can throw gambling into the addiction thing also. it's always going to be there. legalizing it puts it out in the open, criminalizing it puts it in the shadows.

Ahhhhh dave. Once again u are lost. I have admitted my judgement against sarah palin is clouded because I have a true dislike for the woman. So in that aspect I'm wrong for making too many judgements on her. Since most of the posts in here are based on ones opinion its hard to call someone wrong. Misguided for sure.

Where I have critized the crazy fringe right is when the facts are wrong or they post spam emails(jman) that pull out certain parts of the story for conservative spin. Other examples of husker being wrong on facts and predictions are littered throughout many websites including this one

taxing it is the VERY small part. the real money saving comes from all the money spent in the criminal justice system trying enforcing the drug laws. and it's NOT WORKING!
