1st off, this isn't a life or death issue. If you would like to come up with something else, i would be more than happy to reply.

someone pushing for ethics rules, then then giving govt contracts to friends or donors. someone pushing to get rid of tax loopholes, then using them to pay less taxes. i could go on and on.

i don't see what life or death has to do with a question about integrity. whatever the situation, you ether have it or you don't. 99% of politicians don't.

i VERY seriously doubt this. i have been trying to think of something i preach about but don't do myself, and can't think of anything.

If my work says they will continue to pay most of my insurance and make cuts in other areas OR we will take on the extra cost of insurance and no other cuts will be made and it came down to a vote, what if i voted for us to pay more of our insurance and then i cancelled mine and went on my wife's policy to save the money. I mean i voted for it and others paid the price so i didn't see cuts elsewhere but i then didn't pay myself and went elsewhere. Again, So what.

P.S. Most people are too blind to themselves to ever see their own hypocrissy (<---Spelling?). I'll leave that at that.

That's my biggest problem with this forum. It's like a bunch of freakin' women bitching and moaning about every tiny little thing they can find. This isn't meant for JM either, it's everybody. It is like a pack of women nit picking everything that they can because they have nothing better to do or talk about. I don't think the men and women fighting for freedom in Iraq or Afghanistan could give 2 shits about where Kerry parks his yacht and i don't either.

I have no problem with the real issues in this country that are talked about but the stupid shit like this is just so petty to me and a waste of time.

everyone's entitled to their opinion. people could also say "who cares about the Angels getting Haren from D-backs for Saunders". tell me sports fans don't act "like a pack of women nit picking everything that they can because they have nothing better to do or talk about".

I don't think the men and women fighting for freedom in Iraq or Afghanistan could give 2 shits about the angels geting haren from d-backs for saunders and i don't either. you would probably get really mad if someone posted this in your thread.

There is only one problem with that theory. This is called BETTORSCHAT - A website based on Sports & Gambling.

It is focused on things like the dan haren thread and also the MAIN reason why 99% of the people come here. If it was called Politicalchat.com, you would have a point.

I'll bet you are wrong about that one. I've seen many stories about the men & women over there and how they "Get away" by following their teams and love for sports. Watching games and everything else. Sorry, i'm willing to bet you are wrong about that one.

not a good comparison. at work you vote for your best interests (no one can fault you), but kerry is voting one way and doing the opposite. if he voted for a tax loophole and then took advantage of it, no one can complain about him taking advantage of it. kerry is voting for something and then doing the opposite.

It is a HELL of a lot better than comparing it to life & death

Mine is a much closer example than killing babies or letting them live vs parking a yacht

                          no need to rehash this.

Wayne, I hate to break it to you, but you can argue with husker all you want, but he will NEVER admit that he was wrong about anything. That's the reason I stopped all contact with him. I have no idea why he post on here because he doesn't need any of our opinions because he thinks he knows everything already.
