I will tell you one thing-there is no way in fucking hell I will EVER go to a fertility clinic or go invitro;I may like to gamble on sports but NOT with the odds of conceiving this way, as the latter go up dramatically for having twins or triplets, and that is unacceptable.
If she can't get pregnant the usual way, then she will have to accept adopting a kid or settle for nothing.
