I am not sure what the tenants laws are in SC, but here in NorCal, the eviction process favors the tenants and the non-payment of property tax is not a reason to evict the tenant. Now granted the bank can send you notices, but if the tenants is being forced out they are due compensation to move out...For example in NorCal the new owner (bank) would have to pay $4500 per tenant to have them move out. Something to check into. I would Google tenants rights for your particular city and see what it has to say.

Thanks for that....I honestly don't know exactly what the details are, but I will find out and see if there is anything that can be done for them. I'll keep you posted on that.
