It is so sad to see all the Cub fans talking about how much they LOVE the Padres and can't wait for them to beat the Brewers. Screw the Brewers and Padres, you should be talking about the Cubs taking care of their own business and beating the Reds. I havn't see any of that!

Hey fan,my dad is at a funeral in Slidel and was in New Orleans last night and he said the pictures they show on tv dont show half of what you guys are still dealing with.I havn't given it much thought lately but I assumed most things were back to normal.Maybe you can give us your thoughts on it.
Everything where I am is fine. I am 60 miles from N.O. But N.O. is still a mess in some places. Most of the tourist attraction places were fixed quickly to get money coming back in to the city. Lots of residential areas still look like a war zone. Those families who were displaced have never returned yet to tend to their property. Most have just settled down where they were moved, or relocated elsewhere.
