I guess he was playing pretty good golf like hitting fairways and putting well?

I saw atleast 3 holes where he 1 putted. And anytime your 1 putting thats a good thing. He was in the fairway often too. IMO tiger's game comes down to putting. If he putts well he wins. Rough or fairway tiger can still put the ball on the green most times, unlike many pros.

i was watching the open this morning for a bit while getting ready for work. all i can say is if tiger plays as well tomorrow as he did today the weekend wont matter he'll be up by 10 shots going into the weekend
