Hospitals can't refuse "life/death" situations.

If I had blockage in my heart, and I had a heart attack or something like that, they would have to keep me and do corrective surgery to save my life.

It's Charity Hospital/LSU Medical Center

All of the electrical equipment for the building was flooded. Also the first 2 floors were flooded and mold set in.
