I know it is another stupid question and people use it to make up other names but what exactly does clearing "Cookies" do?

no .. coolkies do not delete when you log off and on ...



Microsoft Windows 98 and later
1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. In Control Panel , double-click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies under Temporary Internet Files, and then click OK.
4. Click OK.

Yup, everything is there right down to the copyright at the bottom.

Stupid question but is anyone else missing the quick reply box at the bottom? Maybe it's cuz i'm on the laptop but it isn't there. Very weird cuz i know it usually is!
