Thanks KB and JC. It's not easy, but it's working. The food is not too bad. It's all in the preperation, and time consuming. Burger King is a lot easier and faster Once a week I enjoy a nice "Louisiana Meal," but I don't over-do it. No Fried Foods, which breaks my heart

Thats the problem in this country Jimmy, fast food has become to EASY and to CHEAP. Thats why everyone does it. We have it to good and to easy, thats why so many of us are over weight.
