I have to do something and stick with it. Blood sugar was 240 yesterday so I got to get my diet under control.
My favorite 3 drinks:
1. Beer
2. Sweet Tea
3. Mt Dew

My favorite 3 meals:
1.Fried Chicken
2. Mexican
3. Steak

Wonder if any of those contribute to my problems
