Morning gents, hey Checkers, KB, what percentage of people have basements down there? Saw a clip this morning where the whole neighborhood was running to someones storm celler. Unreal. I would guess if you eliminate trailors, 95 % of the homes up here have basements. I would think everyone down there would.
