Actually I bet shoveling that stuff is brutal. Most of the winter we need 10 " of snow to equal 1 " of precipitation, the stuff is light, I'm guessing the snow falling in your areas is full of precip cause if it was 10 degrees warmer it would be rain. Just a thought from the snow pro!

ahh queens. got ya. my old company i worked for had a office on rockaway blvd.(jfk) are you close to shea and flushing meadows? I gotta get down to the city sometime again. Use to go there often when my good friend lived on the upper west side

Not too far from the Citi and the park. Actually hit up Flushing Meadow a few times over the Summer to hit some balls at Pitch and Putt.

You're a bit further upstate now? Still getting shit on down here with rain and ice. Snow over night, wake up to a half inch of ice, and more rain coming down right now.
