-Utep cant run effectively (#107th rush off in the nation) to keep the pressure off of QB Palmer enough....This running game of the Miners are also just averaging 2.9 ypc, 79.6 ypg and scored just 5 TDs....Not Good!

Tulsa will attack them with their #1 PASS DEFENSE in the NATION...allowing just 52% completion, 121.3 ypg, 5 TDs, and grabbed 6 Ints....Oh Boy!

On the other end.....Tulsa to much balance on offense to be contained by the Miners defense...Golden Hurricane's rank 2nd in the conf in rushing offense, averaging 4.5 ypr, and 166.7 ypg, and scored 16 TDs (1st in conf)...

Tulsa's QB Smith hitting 68% of his passes, leads the 5th ranked passing off in the conf, averaging 238.4 ypg, 12 TDs, and just 5 Ints.....Including being sacked just 5 TIMES all year long....SOLID!....But wait, I not done yet....LOL...QB Smith and his offense is ranked 1st in the conf in 3rd down conversion % with their 49.4%..and also are 1st in the conf in TOP as well...Wow Oh Wow!

Utep;s defense ranked 11th worst in pass defense, allowing 66% completions....and 268.9 passing yards per a game...
Utep to one dimensional on off....Palmer also interception prone vs good defenses....and the Miners strength on off is their passing game...which goes up against Tulsa's strength on defense...Not good again...And to expect to win on the road vs the best in the conf again this year...wont happen as well.....Tulsa Baby!

Side Note: Tulsa is 8-0 ATS vs teams with a winning record.....And, they are currently 4-0 both SU and ATS as a Favorite as well..
