The new rule this year was the difference, it was an exciting play, those kids werent thinking of anything but winning the game

Last year it would of been a touchdown and because of this bs new rule this year it isn't. That is why is is bullshit.

Damn maybe you should let me vent a little bit Wayne. I think it's bullshit what's the big deal. I needed that touchdown for USC so I say it's bullshit. Is that ok?

Not that it matters but if they let the td stand, would they have kicked extra point or would it have been final at that point? Had 2 USC bets and one was -9

I've had enough bad fuckin beats to last a lifetime since last week. Maybe i'm venting to defend one that finally went my way.

The whole ending was crazy from the bad spot to the replay to the PI call that set up the FG. Just crazy! Not sure if they would have kicked it or not though. I'm guessing no.

A rule is a rule. Most of us have been on both sides of that coin. Just gotta suck it up and move on.

As i have said many times before i am a referee and yes it's a new rule this year.it is meant to stop kids from celebrating or strutting into the endzone.it does suck to be on tihe losing side of any bad call especially when it's a new rule but a rule is a rule and it's fair.stops a lot of stupid actions.i actually called 2 td back so far this year in middle school and high school games because of this rule.

I'm hearing a rumor that the Pac-12 is going to give USC the TD and a 23-14 win.

From what I heard they did give them the TD. I didn't bet the game so don't know if the books counted it or not.

they did give them the TD. I went to bed last night and it wasn't counted but when I got up this morning, the score was changed and the money was in my account.

The PAC 12 did change the score to 23-14

Absolutely crazy cuz it happened almost 3 hours after the game ended. What happens with all tickets for that game? I don't know.

How many Utah +8.5 tickets were already cashed in, in the Las Vegas windows in those hours? How many USC tickets were ripped up or thrown away? This has to be a nightmare for Las Vegas because i'm sure they paid out a ton already to Utah money and now USC money gets to collect too? And how many people are scrambling looking for the ticket they threw out or trying to tape the ripped pieces back together?

Changing a score is one thing but do it right then and there, not 3 hours later. What a mess!

They had said very late last night that the Pac 12 commision over rid the officials and changed the score. Knowing it was 3 hours later and all the money and such that had exchanged already in places like Vegas, why wouldn't they say something like it should have counted and we will learn for next time or something?

I truly believe they were feeling pressure from some very prominent people who may have held wagers in that game in the 3 hours after it ended. USC did win the game so the score change didn't mean much, except to bettors.
