    I agree 100%

I'm a Bama guy and I think the Aubs should be #1, but it's a joke that Boise and TCU can go undefeated, and get locked out of the BCS. If they're not gonna give them a real shot, then don't rank Boise #3 to begin the year. I do think if Bama wins out, which is going to be tough with this team-we wil go to Glendale.

Grandma, I think teams like boise simply need to schedule more out of conference bcs conference teams. Until they do, they deserve what the computers show imo.

Cam Newton set the sec record for rushing yards by a qb with 1077 and they have what, 4 games left? Just amazing. He reminds me of vince young in the rose bowl win over usc and he does it every week!

Wayne, I understand your argument, and it's really sound. My only problem is that voters know their sched before the season starts, so if you're not going to give them a chance because of who they play--then don't rank em #3 to begin the year. Cam is really the truth and he's been on fire the whole year. I have 4 tics to the Iron Bowl, and if both teams win out, I might have to sell my tics for the game--they're going for 1000 a piece right now. I do think if anyone can contain Cam it will be Saban and Co. LSU has a great D and he shredded them to pieces, but their D isn't very complex. Bama's 3-4 is prob the most complex system in the country. That's why so many of our players from last year are starting on NFL teams. Wayne, I'm sure you know Deidreck that plays for the Pats is a stud, and he was drafted in the 7th round, and he's starting for yall. It's not because he's the best athlete in the world, but by playing in Nick's sysytem for 3 years, he's a very smart player, and he won't beat himself. I can't wait.

I totally agree vols I know that. I guess my point is if it ends up with tcu and Boise undefeated and everyone else loses how can they deny them to play in the bcs. It's there system. That's why I continue to say have a damn playoff.

Everybody talks about how Boise couldn't go undefeated in the SEC because it's a tough schedule and blah blah blah. Yet a lot of the number one teams have lost in the first part of their conference schedule, before they've even gotten to the tough part. Ohio St, Okl, Bama. And they all had fairly easy non conf schedules.

Boise had a real tough test in their first game of the season, playing at Va Tech. And Va Tech has shown that they are no slouch. Boise beat them on the road. They also beat a tough Oregon St team.

That is the best they can do for non conference, which isn't a really poor non conference schedule. Neither of those teams were cupcakes. The truth is, no one wants to play them. Period. But sadly, even if they go undefeated, they're not getting a shot at the title. No matter what....That stinks.

Va Tech is playing better but VT lost to Boise and James Madison the 1st two weeks so I'm sure Boise caught a huge break playing them the first game. If Boise and TCU are the only undefeated teams then I'm all for a Boise vs the best one loss team.TCU doesn't stand a chance.

TCU is better than Boise, but Utah may be the best of the 3 imo.

For anyone who doesn't think Auburn deserves to be #1 think about this.Auburn just played undefeated LSU at home and the line was 6.5 and they covered by a half a point. Now they are favored by the same amount at Ole Miss who is 3-4.Vegas is telling us it's going to be a close game.Just shows how life in the SEC is.Every week is a huge challenge. By the way Boise 38 point favs and TCU 35 point favs. Cupcakes week in week out

I think we can all agree that we need a playoff. Most of us hate the BCS, and having a 4-8 team playoff would be the mother f#cking BOMB!

From what I read, it would literally take the top teams losing twice for Boise to get a shot. Not gonna happen. But they are trying to win by large margins and shutting out teams in the WAC. Might be some thought for betting them. Yes, they beat VaTech who lost to JM the next week. But it's possible that VaTech lost to JM because of the beat down they took.

Boise is gonna get tested with a really good Hawaii team, then at Idaho(rivalry), then Fresno and then at Nevada.

You're right about TCU. They are good, but they were beat last year by this Boise team who returned every starter from that team.
