pitching in the AL is a completely different ball game, let alone the AL East... still think he is a warrior/grinder/gamer and will find ways to get key outs... aka David Cone late in his career...

Wakefield/Dice-K on the DL... Penny equally as bad right now... not a whole lot of options... and to think experts were saying the sawx had 'too' much pitching earlier this season....

they still have beckett lester i mean nyy pitching isnt any better in fact i'd argue its worse. i mean CC isnt all that......burnett sucks jaba is ok pettittie is 150yrs old and who else ya got? nyy is winning on hitting. they are 24-29 vs 500 or better teams and on top of that they have over what 20 come from behind victories? what does that say about there starting pitching????? there pitching IMO sucks. damon, tex,cano are all $$$$ this year.

Dude, It's not just 1 game. They have been playing like shit for a month now. And right now, the Yankees pitching is CLEARLY better than Boston's. Maybe not the top 2, but the other 3 are.

NEVER said the Yankees were loaded with pitching... I do like CC in a BIG spot and i'll take my chances with Pettitte in October... I just hope Hughes can continue to bridge the gap to Mariano... COS HE REMAINS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!

Dude, It's not just 1 game. They have been playing like shit for a month now. And right now, the Yankees pitching is CLEARLY better than Boston's. Maybe not the top 2, but the other 3 are.

again its a marathon not a sprint. we are 2.5GB and can easily split this series and no harm no foul. NYY pitching isnt better no way no how. Heck tonight should have been and could be a cake walk and the yankees are struggling not on the score board but walking batters and stuff. shit if the sox offense got 1 timely hit we would be down like 11-9 or 11-10 right now. if anything its the sox hitting that has been a joke over the past month. youk,bay have been brutal.

Youk just went 10/12 against Baltimore. He has been on fire. Bay is fucken killing them right now. He is either hurt or he plays and strikes out 4 times. Papelbon is a walking fucken heart attack. The bullpen can't hold leads anymore, Big Papi has sucked bad for the whole season except 2 weeks and Varitek SUCKS. He hits .220 and can't throw anybody out from behind the plate. Nick Green is an error machine again and the god almighty savior Jed Lowrie sucks like a hooker in a Ho' Down. He couldn't hit a softball if it was on a tee. Wow, i'm so excited to have him back. This team is in fucken shambles right now and boy wonder gets a C/1B and calls it good. Great Job Theodore!
