how about hiring a gm that actually knows how to draft.
If a lineman has a bad back you shouldnt draft him number1.

If a running back is a bruiser whose had a shit load carries in college you shouldnt draft him with your number 1.

Learn to draft and that will solve some of the problems angelo.

If it was that easy, there would be no such thing as a bust in the NFL. Guys are 100% healthy and can't miss picks all the time and they do nothing at the next level.
