I agree totally with all posted.
I unfortunely is on his e-mail list and it is very irritating.
I tried "spamming it" , etc.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to stop it ?

i am not sure how that e-mail list works

but on our, we have a link at the bottom of our daily e-mails that if you click on it, you will stop getting the daily e-mails

EC question for you.......

I get tons of trash email from "big cappers" to guys probably working out of their garages, and I've done everything to get these guy to stop emailing me thier crap. I've clicked all the "unsubscribe" links; emailed all the remove response I can. Bottom line, it hasn't worked yet, and it continues to pour in daily. Any thoughts? Thanks for input.

not sure why, probably their removal links dont work on purpose so they feel you will keep getting their e-mails and eventually buy their plays

we know our links work and we tested them to make sure when people dont want our daily e-mails, they stop getting them

For your information:

There is a FEDERAL law out known as CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003 which went into affect January 1, 2004. Under this law, known better as the Controlling the Assualt of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003, those whom receive commercial e-mails have the right to decline to recieve any further. Penalties under the FEDERAL law range from fines to maximum imprisonment of 5 years. An excerpt is as follows:

(5) INCLUSION OF IDENTIFIER, OPT-OUT, AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MAIL- (A) It is unlawful for any person to initiate the transmission of any commercial electronic mail message to a protected computer unless the message provides--

(i) clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement or solicitation;

(ii) clear and conspicuous notice of the opportunity under paragraph (3) to decline to receive further commercial electronic mail messages from the sender; and

(iii) a valid physical postal address of the sender.

Also, there are several Laws that have been passed at the STATE level. So, if you are in a certain state OR if the SENDER is from a certain state, then a claim may be made against the sending party if they do not remove you from there list(s) or faulsify removal link.

Check local laws and act on it. That is why they passed this law so take advantage of it. Why should you have to change your personal e-mail address for someone who IS breaking the law? Contact Local state enforcement agency or your State Attorney General or your State Rep to find out your options.

my e-mail program has an unsubscribe link and when you click on it your automatically removed from the list.

Those services just must not be removing you guys so block their e-mail with your mail functions.

Actually i'm looking at starting a monitoring service and it will be legit.

if you could BC please do it. that's the problem is that along with all the scamsuckers out there (that's my new word for them.. part scammer and part scumsucker) half of these monitoring services are bullocks as well. like that nevada sports monitor what a fucking joke; it was claiming last year that NSA and charlie's sports were up around 70% which was a total farce.

the whole thing is rotten. but that is what is good about our servicers section cause we can see for our own eyes what the real records of these bozos are.
