Guys, this guy is a complete and udder sham!!! HE is a scam artist and is not a capper by any means. He has been called out many times to prove himself, and he does nothing but avoid the issues. Tell anyone u know thinking about following this guy to avoid him like the plague, you would be better off flipping a coin than following this loser.......

Oh, I was never with him, I just had a guy at work that was buying his stuff, was spouting off about how he had 3 winning days and how he was up a nickel. Well, I told this guy I work with to quit throwing his money away on this guy, and he wouldnt listen. And over the course of 2 months he cost this guy $2500 and he was a $50-$100 bettor. This guy was devastated, though I told him, and so I emailed UNIONMAN and told him to quit sending out emails and making posts that were lies, for example my buddy went 0-3 one night and the next day his email said he went 3-0:confused: So I kept track of his picks, for another month since he still had an account, and he was absolutely horrible, I feel for his customers. His GOY's were a joke, and were huge blowouts (losses for his clients) and he kept coming back everyday as if he was undefeated and didnt even apologize to his customers for his horrible performance. So though my buddy has given up sports wagering for a while, and im teaching him some things, im just getting the word out as much as possible to avoid this scammer. I have challenged him numerous times to step up and prove to everyone whether or not he is as legit as he says and he never does, he just avoids the question and slings mud.........typical handiscammer.........

that's a great example about what's wrong with sports services. People literally buy into these crooks and it makes it hard on the honest guys.
they make these unbelievable claims, and guys like me, MVP, jcd,east coast...ect are supposed to win every game and be 7-1 everyday or our clients think there's something wrong with us.
very sad story. too many stories like that. I hear them everyday.

I believe he teamed up with 2 other services and i have personally gotten several e-mails of former clients that did not appreciate his tactics

again, i have never dealt with him personally, but from what i have heard, he can stretch the truth


very hard to be in this business if you are honest

we go 3-1 on a night which is great for us and our clients, but the next morning there are always services that went 10-0 or 9-1 etc...

if you choose a servicem try to build up a friendship first and make sure you are on the same page, make sure the service is honest!!!

I remeber this guy, ACTION23 used to post his plays here, I think he and the UNIONMAN were one in the same, but I remember something about fading his plays. I think the plays that he posted you were supposed to fade, so if he went 0-3, you would be 3-0. I remember something like that. :confused:

Yep...

There were a few of us that went to work on that scammer. I see his crap around the web and how can he not be lying, the records he claimed were a joke!

We need some regulation, it isnt right that people can fleece innocent people of their $$$$$$

Wallstreet, thats why it is important that before you buy a services plays, you should follow them for a while, ask for some free days, see what they are all about!!!

I used the Unionman beginning last august when his plays were a 1000* pick was his big play of the week. And he was hitting them for a while and then lost a few and the next day he has his first 10,000* game. Then before you know it in football he has 3 - 10,000 * games going. then when those went to s h i t he came up with an "inside info" game with record of like 11-1 last year...but the wierd thing is that I thought that this was the first year that he was running the service. so after that record got worse then came the HUGE 1,000,000 * games and then there would be 3 of those a weekend. Then it seemed like his inside info games record got forgotten cuz now on his site he said that he hit 70% of his plays which is an outright LIE!!!! And since his service started to get worse he brought in (or made up 3 new guys) that all have great records and great fake names.

But the worse thing is that I think that ACTION is really the unionman. Cuz when I got the service I made a couple of payments and the picks were losing so I didn't want the service anymore and all of a sudden I am getting emails from Frank Jardine asking him to stop bashing the service at forums and to pay up. Well he is a b i t c h and not even a potential fade. cuz for you to make money fading a service then have to hit a minimum of 40% or worse to make it worth your time (since you are winning 60% of the time minus the juice) but this guy is hitting like 50% which is the worst for you and the best for the bookie and him.

I have seen ACTION also use the name JUICEMAN or JUICE23 at other sites.

Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ps...how long did it take for get them banned from here and who did it?

Action was pimping for Frank in the general area and it was pissing me off. I called him on it and others agreed pushing him into the services area. Then I think he got into a fight with Monte and some other posters here and got banned.

The guy is the plague, just a horrible guy. He couldnt keep the rules and he got his a$$ bounced.

I see him around using those names too, but I could care less if he is giving away a free DVD player or anything else. He is the typical lying scamming service.

Bottom line is most services cant pick any better than you or I because the house has the advantage from the outset.

I bet he still trolls around here, just not posting.

It is completely horrible that there isn't anything to REALLY monitor these services for accuracy and false claims. And there probably never will be since anyone can start one up on the net and post plays out of their bedroom if they wanted. And these scammers just need to advertise outragous claims that someone who is in the red betting their own games and sees that this service has a game of the year going this weekend that is 11-0 lifetime can get them bailed out. so they charge a few hundred bucks for the game....get it on a credit card....and then a couple dimes later they move onto the next victum.

I mean when you do the numbers you can make a s h i t load of money. example.....you get 64 new people every week. the first time it is 100 dollars.

64 X $100 = $6400

half win and half lose (giving both sides of the game). Now you have another game...another 100 from each and lets say the winners are the only ones you call.

32 X $100 = $3200

half win and half lose. so lets say now that you only get the winners on the next game. charge another 100 (since you are 2-0 with them it shouldn't be a problem)

16 X $100 = $1600

half win and half lose. so now you can have a game of the week/month and charge some extra....a cant lose game at $200.

8 x $200 = $1600

half win and half lose. charge for another can't miss of 200 bones

4 x 200 = 800.

add up all the money
6400 + 3200+ 1600+ 1600 + 800 = $13,600 (in one week) now this doesn't take into account all the people that lost a game that you can scam out of some more money. so add a few extra dimes to that pot and you could have a nice 15 grand week. put some advertisements in some forums, newspaper, sports publications and you could make a nice chuck of money for a living!!!

i would like someone to grab some services like jim feist and company, joe wiz, unionman and check them on their claims and then take legal action to shut these crooks down once and for all.
