Ok, so when you trade a driver, do you keep that driver until he is traded again? Or do you revert back to your original team every week.

I am not. I just run a small pool at work (10-12 guys) and we were looking for an alternative to just the simple pick so many drivers for the full season. Your rules looked really interesting and would keep it more competitive than what we've done in the past.

To answer your question, yes, you keep that driver until you choose to trade him out again.
