i'm sorry Monte but i have to do it after the phone conversation i just had w/ Fernando @mvp sportsbook...

People dont use this company, i beg of you, granted they paid me the money owed but i placed some wagers and they "somehow" were deleted...It was a total of 1200$...It was a free 50 dollar account, and they told me to stop crying over spilled milk, that this was a free account and i dont get any claims on this account....Ive faxed them phone records and the plays of the recording and still i can never talk to someone....Leo who was handling this problem all of a sudden quit and left the company, I just talked to a guy named Fernando and he told me im not getting anything and basically told me to go screw myself....After he hung up i called right back and asked for Fernando, the person told me that there was no Fernando who worked there....If anyone is going to sign up witht this company please email me and ill send you 50$ not to and tell you a better book....whoever reads this at Mvp have the balls to correct this problem as Leo, Fernando or whoever has meet their match.....I will continue to bash your company till this is resolved....

You did leave out a few points.

They've paid you over 8k on a free $50 account.

Sal claims that he called in some wagers and was cut off during the read back. He called them back and they said the wagers were ok. I can't recall off hand how much the money was that he won on these as it was between $1k and $2k.

yes thet did pay me the money owed, im not denying that....Its just the way this is being handled that has me upset.....Now i "HAVE" every conversation on recording, and they dont do what they say there going to do.....Monte Leo told me he was going to give me credit for the 1st plays that didnt get cutt off, now he doesnt work there and poeple over there are saying he didnt leave any notes in my account to state that....Im getting the run around by someone over there....i can never get someone on the phone..........

Wager Discrepancy

Hello Once Again to all Members of Bettorschat,
It's always a pleasure to have the opportunity to interact with you guys in one way or another.

In regards to Jordan's situation, he called in to place a wager and got disconnected right before having to confirm with his pin number and password. He claims that he called in minutes after and the wagers were in his account. Our company policy clearly states as follows:

After telephone wagers are placed by the client and entered into the computer by the operator, the client shall be given a final ''read-back'' as confirmation of the wager. If there is a mistake in the ''read-back'', which is not changed by the client prior to confirmation, the wager will stand as read back without exception. It is the client's responsibility to listen carefully to the read back. The read back will always be considered the final verification of the telephone wager. Once the client confirms the read-back with their PIN and Password, and the phone call terminates, all wagers are final

Due to the fact that the wagers were never confirmed we proceeded to delete the plays. Jordan spoke to the Wagering Manager Leo and was told that we were going to review our Phone system to verify any phone calls being placed minutes after the wager in dispute. The system was revised and no calls where found. Due to this fact the wager was considered never confirmed therefore not valid. Leo informed this to Jordan and then I also conversed with him in detail about the issue conveying the same message.

After this issue Jordan has pursued in many occasions to have this discrepancy resolved in his favor. It is of our belief that we are abiding our rules and policies and in no way trying to swindle Jordan. As far as we see it the case is closed and are not in a position to reevaluate the outcome. With this being said, please do not feel that your opinion is not valued. All Feedback on this situation is more than welcome and will be taken in to consideration by both parties in resolving this little scuffle.

Once again thanks to all for your time. I’m really looking forward to being able to set this matter to rest and being able to further assist you all in the near future.

Bruce you never return my phone calls or even come to the phone when i call......The last time i talked with Leo he stated that he was going to give me credit for the 1st 2 plays on the recording b/c those didnt get cut off, then when he found out that this was a free account he stated that i dont get any claims on this account...As far as me calling right back to make sure my plays were in after i was dissconnected....I faxed Leo my cell phone records to prove that i called back at the stated times that i told him...I then talked to a person named Max at ext 2107.....he said he would work this out for me, Mike your wagering supervisor told me he thinks im right but cant do anything about it b/c Leo was his manger...No Leo doesnt work there anymore and when i call to talk to Max or Fernando the people in wagering and client services tell me there is no such persons that work there....Yes Bruce we did discuss this matter and you also told me you were going to give me a call back regarding this matter...to this day nothing.....In no way do i want to slander your company but Leo never did what he said he was going to do and now he doesnt work there, and he didnt leave some notes in my account stating he was going to give me credit for the 1st 2 plays, according to Max or Fernando who now both people are a mystery are supposed to look up the tapes......This has been going on for almost 6 weeks now...Bruce i faxed Leo my phone records of me calling back within 4 mins...to see if my wagers were in or cancelled and your employee told me the wagers were in, otherwise i would've re- done the plays.........

How come everytime i call you dont take my call??? I've called at least 5 times a day and left messages to call me back and when i call your people tell me they have given u the messages....:confused: I want to know what you have to say about Leo telling me he was going to give me the credit 4 the 1st 2 plays...I have THAT conversation on recording.....i honestly dont want to communicate like this but you never take calls or return them.....Thank you,
