hey guys, ive been gone awhile....has anyone ever dealt with mvp sportsbook? i requested a payout of 8 grand like 3 weeks ago and still havent recieved the bank wire that was promised in 5-7 buisness days..i dont know what else i can do...any advive or contact names over there?? they tell me that it shouldve posted already but it hasnt..am i getting the run around or what...any advice or comments are welcomed...thanks...jordan...

I have never used them. For what it is worth, I love Bodog. The pay outs are fast, within 24 hours. Some say it is a bushleague book, however, it pays......And I have one local. Good luck!

First of all please allow me to introduce myself to all distinguished members of Bettorschat; my name is Bruce Johnson and I am the Client Services Manager for MVPsportsbook. I look forward to being able to assist you all in the near future.
Regarding Jordanrules's situation, they are a few facts everyone here should be aware of. First of all Jordan was given a free $50 account to try our services, he managed to build up this account to $8000+ (Congrats ) When he requested his payout some of the personal information provided to us by Jordan was incorrect so we had to re-verify it. Once verified we sent out the Bank Wire to his account. It was at this moment that his Bank rejected the wire. During this whole time we have being emailing Jordan and having conversations via telephone with Jordan to inform him of what was going on. After confirming the rejected wire we then proceeded to send a second wire, which we have being told was received by the account holder.
Yesterday when I personally spoke to Jordan I informed him of the fact that the wire is showing as received on our end and that we will be running a trace to confirm so through our Bank. I also requested some time to do so due to the fact that our bank is another continent so there is a small difference in their office hours and the hours in which we are used to working with.
In no way are we trying to stiff Jordan out his winnings or are we interested in giving him the run around. The fact of the matter is that the money is his and we are doing our best to ensure he receives it in full. I hope that this post has shed some light on this situation and as I promised Jordan yesterday it's in all our best interest that he receives his funds.

i used mvp alot..i always received my monies in hours via western union or prepaid atm.. and i love to use them for horses they give you rebates (monies back) for every dollar you wager...they are in my top 4 sportsbooks that i highly recommend... not once did i ever get pissed off at them ..and there internet servicess are easy and good and most of all the customer service is also good ..and guys most of all they pay ..thats my 2 cents about mvp anyways good luck today ..took a bad beating yesterday hope for a better day ...

good CS is very important to me I like to be able to actually talk to someone not exchange emails nice to see them come on here and make sure the player was taken care of and everything handled like they care about there customer
