Having major Problems with Bookmaker...

1. I deposited money on Monday morning....everything went smooth. I made some wagers on MLB and went 2-2 that afternoon.

2. I get home that night and my account is froze. OK...normally not too big of a problem. Not with bookmaker. I have to fill out a two page form, photo copy my Drivers liscense, and a photo copy of the CC that I used.

3. Kindof some BS...but I don't like using locals. Too risky for me yet. Not sure if I can "control it" on a bad run. (Most of us have been there) Anyways...I decide to fill it out.

4. Problem 1. Photo copy of the CC is too Dark. Recopy and resend.

5. Problem 2. Photo copy is too light. Recopy and resend.

6. Porblem 3. The font on the copy of the CC is too small and is "tough" to read.

7. GIVE ME A FUCKEN BREAK YOU FUCKSTICKS!!!

8. The photo copy was of the life size CC...do you want me to fucking make my own CC with bigger font of the name? FUCK OFF! This is the way that Wells Fargo makes the fucking things.

9. So....anyways....I've been given the run around for the past 2 days and it's starting to piss me off.






Now after that....

First of all I apologize to you Monte. I haven't been to the site much at all in the past three weeks so I didn't know they were a sponsor of yours. What happened was I went to betcris and they sent me straight to bookmaker. So I apologize that you won't get your "cut" of my puny ass deposit. Had I known I would of clicked on the banner here.

Second...Is there anything you can do to resolve this situation? I feel as if they don't even want my business. The people in customer service are short...the people in the CC department are even shorter.

If there is nothing that you can do then thanks anyways...

I still needed to vent.

I have been through the same EXACT thing griffey. It was about a year ago when pinnacle froze my account out of the blue. Too light, too dark, need more info. I was so fucken annoyed but finally got it done. Now ... Sportsbook.com is doing it to me. Yes, out of the blue they suddenly want to verify everything. It is unreal and i havn't bothered at this point. I'll stick to my local for now.

I would like to let you all know that they have finally accepted my deposit.

When I got to work this AM I recopied another time and then blew that copy up by 200%. Then I scanned it in as a tif file and emailed it too them.

If it's this hard to get money too them I can't imagine how hard it will be to get money back.

I'm not driving to a Western Union or paying $15 to deposit money. I wish i could find a reliable book that would take my check or CC but that doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Have you tried Bookmaker, BetJamaica or 5dimes?

Sportsbook has been having complaints left and right regarding payouts. I blame some of it on processing problems, but not all of it.

You can western union money to books without having to step foot outside of your house. Theres also gift cards that places take as well.

BetJam is by far the best! They have an ATM card that you can withdrawal $ at a cost of 50 cents. All the others charge $50-$60 for you to withdrawl.
I also was told that a few of the Costa Rico books might be folding.

5 dimes and wal-marts money-gram has been the right ticket for me. 500 deposit- 5.05 fee and 5 dimes refunds it to your account! 505.05.

I use Bet Jam (Wayne recommended them) and I LOVE it! Like Chuck said they have this card to get payouts with simple....50 cent cost! And on top of that, to reload Walgreens sells a gift card you can use, cost 5.95 for $100.00 and you call in the number works great!! Using the online book is good for me, because I can't get out of control. I can only wager what is in there!! Had a HUGE credit line with a local and it almost broke me. Lack of disicipline I guess......but this works so good!! I left Island Casino about 5 months ago and at this point would never leave Bet Jam!

How long does it take with BetJam to get going? Can i do it from home with my credit card or do i need to fax them a bunch of shit too?
