So far its why take the chance with the US government since they passed that gaming bill.

Why would they have to litigate? USA has no control over a foreign country unless that foreign country is going to be like the UK and tell the CEO's etc that they will extradite them.

      • BC, not so sure it has to do with extradition, but point is facing charges on any return to the US, if any CEO's, principals plan on doing so.

When i did it a month ago, i got it in like 3 business days. I requested yesterday my remaining money and this morning it finally processed and should ship out Monday.

they are bombarded right now, so you will be lucky to get it processed by Monday.

they will pay, reason being is they will wait a couple of years and then when all the heat dies down they will reintroduce themselves back to the US market. If they fuck us now, NO ONE would re up with them. So there gonna pay

                        • Alright...I'm going to ask this from the other side of the $$$ question.

Hypothetically speaking, if someone was using an agent for say....Cascade, and were down a little but hadn't hit their "pay up" point, any chance that agent comes looking for his money??

Just wondering if this whole thing is actually going to save me $$$

Exactly. The Feds will never indict a foreign corporation and their officers (who are non-US citizens) living in a foreign country. Perhaps they think that they could simply intimidate alot of these offshores.

I'm not sure it's as obvious as you stated but losing 60 - 65% of your client and revenue base (as Pinny just did) is tough to swallow....I don't care how allegedly diversified you claim them to be.
