They only advertise and I only get money when people sign up with them and make a deposit. I could get 1,000,000 clicks a day on a sportsbook banner and they wouldn't care unless they were getting signups with actual deposits.

Does pinnacle usually send an email when they receive your request for a withdrawal?

I submitted a neteller withdrawal request at 7am this morning and still haven't seen the money transferred. I also haven't received anything from Pinnacle acknowledging my request.
