    Not if the debit card gets tagged as a gambling one.

    Checks, Money orders & Wire transfers are the only thing that haven't been flagged by the new law.

    Ask Cris what name or company would be listed as the owner of the debit card. If its betcris then every transaction through it would be betcris? If so its going to get flagged. BetJamaica has a debit card too, so I don't know WTF is going on with this stuff.

              Any American should be able to get a credit card offshore. Unrelated to gambling. There's nothing the American government can do about it. They'll be many loopholes to bypass the new law.

                What about opening an offshore bank account in the Caymen Islands or somewhere else and using that account to deposit and withdraw with the sportsbooks? Then you could get your money to a US bank directly from the Caymen bank and it would have nothing to do with gambling. Just a thought- and I think you can open an offshore bank account online.

                  ...IF you pull money out of a bank offshore...you are taxed on the average 15% on that money...you are required by law to report the money received on your tax return...just like if you live in a state where you don't get state income tax on paycheck "tennessee", but you work in Missouri...you are by law to withdraw state tax on your paycheck for that state...very confusing...good that is why the loopholes are there...this will all blow over after a while...Bill Fist "sen" from tennessee and relegious advocates are pushing for this and sooner or later it will all pass over and nothing to it...just like back in 1998 or some time ago !!!

                    Faq...

                    How does it work?

                    A/ Upon receipt of a card the cardholder must go to www.cardoneplus.com to activate their card. Cardholders enjoy powerful capability and extreme functionality globally. Users enter a PIN (personal identification number), typical with other debit cards, at point-of-sale, ATM machines, or on the Internet. Card holders can track and monitor all day-to-day activities securely using the Internet cardholder interface. Cards can be reloaded online via ACH/EFT transfers, wire transfers and credit card loads. The cards are reusable, multi-purpose, flexible and secure.

                    What are the benefits of having BetCRIS Debit Card?

                    A/ BetCRIS Debit Card gives you the power to purchase at retail, transfer money to loved ones without the high cost of wire transfers, give cards to children and monitor spending, or give gifts without having to deliver unsecured cash. But most important, it gives you the flexibility of funding your betting account without any problem.

                    A cardholder may deposit, withdraw, transfer, purchase, and pay bills using the card as a virtual bank. Holding funds in multiple currencies, BetCRIS Debit Card utilizes the Internet, ATM and POS (point-of-sales) machines globally where INTERAC®, Cirrus®, and Maestro® are available.

                    Summarizing the benefits

                    * Instant access to your money
                    * Re-loadable online, or at North American Western Union locations
                    * Use at any Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Retailer or Online with INTERAC®, Cirrus® or Maestro®
                    * Transfer money from card-to-card globally
                    * Live detailed tracking of all day-to-day activities via the web, phone, or live customer support
                    * Live cardholder support 7/24/365
                    * Bank-level security
                    * Among others

                    Can I use my BetCRIS Debit Card only in the U.S.?

                    A/ No, that’s the beauty of this, you can use your card at any worldwide ATM or merchant debit terminal where you see the INTERAC®, Cirrus® or Maestro® logo. All cash withdrawals and purchases are automatically in the local currency.

                    Can I use my card to pay bills?

                    A/ Usually, but it depends on the issuer of the bill. If you can pay your bill electronically from a bank account or pay it with a debit or credit card then you can usually use your BetCRIS Debit Card to pay the bill, as long as there is enough money stored on the card.

                    Can I use my BetCRIS Debit Card like a credit card to buy things before I add money to the card?

                    A/ No. A BetCRIS Debit Card is what is known as a "stored value" card. This means that you must first add money to the card and then spend or withdraw that money from it. You cannot use the card to spend or withdraw more than the amount of money that is stored on it.

                    Is my betting account attached to my card? In other words, what I have in my betting balance is what I see in my card account?

                    A/ No, the Debit Card and your Betting Account are two separate things, nevertheless, you can conveniently make deposits to your BetCRIS Betting Account and/or request withdrawals from your BetCRIS Betting Account to your Debit Card.

                            Austin It appears the best way to load it is by Credit Card or Western Union...they said they are trying to bring in more ways but that is it for now. They also added a bullshit $7.00 charge on my credit card. so advance at your own risk. Neteller is still up GL

                              Thanks for the reply bhs, but i still not sure i get it. All the ways you recomended would involve me putting money that is not in my cris account on a debit card right?
                              I have never used neteller, all i have used is deposit by credit card and withdraw by fedex check. I thought this would be a way cheeper way of withdrawing than a check.
                              I guess i'm missing something. Thanks for anymore help
