Let's do another George Bush and drill in Colorado even though the terrain isn't fit for drilling. Never mind that he was given advice that he was wasting his time at $1 million per year. And let's not forget that company went bust (like all of his companies) and cost the taxpayers tons of loot.

So now we should drill in Alaska and fuck the enviroment up even more for a little oil. What for? We have our own oil supply now when we invaded Iraq.

1. GWB wanted to drill for oil off the coast of Florida. The thing is, HIS BROTHER, THE GOVERNOR, A REPUBLICAN, SAID NO! And won, for now.

2. You mention refineries. Why would we want to WASTE MORE MONEY building a refinery when it is clear that the country want's to move more towards alternative fules? I think you are listening to too much Sean Hannity.

3.You had a Republican President. A Republican House, and a Republican Senate for a few years. And you wonder why nothing got done? there is your anwser.

4. With all the money these mother fucking oil company's are making, why don't they build there own damm refineries? I don't understand this "WE haven't built" shit. What, we help them build it and they turn around and charge us up the ass for it? Sounds like a real good deal.

oil companies would/could build their own refineries but the cant because the libs have created a block with laws not allowing it. all these enviormentalists groups. Congress as a whole sucks. both parties.

what alternative fuels? give me some? vegatable oil? corn? ethanol? electric cars? do you know how much it costs for electric heat in a home? now imagine running a V6 engine car on electricity. your costs would be outragous. even if you did dont you think over time the price to produce massive amounts of the above items will make the price just as high if not higher than oil.


also do you know who makes the most $$$$ off gasoline??? the U.S. govt thats who. As well as state and local govt. they tax the shit outta gasoline. 50% of the price is taxes of some kind.
