are most of you guys retired?
i just turned 41 and never been married and no kids
my gf is the closest thing to marriage for me and it will be with her or probably i never will be married. i love kids thas why i go see my brother has my 2 nieces and my nephew and i treat them liek they ar emine most of the time.
    but i wa just wondering.
i been gambling for a long time also but i must admit i was alot better when i was in high school and i didnt follow any services i just knew sports and was a statistic freak.
i never worked till i was 21 i could pick the hell out of games and win but didnt know how to bet and sometimes now i dont know how to i mean some say play alot of games and some say play one play a day. me personally if im alone and dont watch for the services and do not listen to anyone i woudl play only the games that i relaly like but also i woudl not play everyday, its when im in here and online and talking to all my gambling friends and see those services and some of the picks on here that its liek i have to play everyday and liek i say if i was secluded from everything somedays i may play alot but then others i may not play any and some days just one but id ont think i can go into a day and say i have to play some games and say play 3-5 games but then sometimes i see the good cappers on here and then some good services games then by the time i add my plays well hell then i got 10 plays like today it was crazy

oh well i guess everyone can see i like to ramble on also
    lol
    sorry

I gamble at the boats in Shevport, got 3 bookies for the games, and love to gamble on the golf course. When I win I share it with my wife--Keeps her happy. If she ask me a question about my gambling I tell her the truth.Thank godness she hasnt ask in a while. The only time we have problems is when I ask her HOW MUCH DID YOU SPEND SHOPPING TODAY??? She answers "HOw much did you bet on the ball games?

              Good Question Punisher.

My girlfriend is COOL AS HELL to be 100% honest. She feels really bad if I ever lose on a game, and will watch pretty much any game I have on, or have action on. Only once has she said to me that I was too into this.....not because she thinks I will lose everything, but because she feels it takes away a little from us. I think we were watching a movie one night, and I would get up every 10 mins to check the computer and the scores. I can see how that would be very annoying though.

She knows how much is on each game, and sometimes she puts a little action on a game here or there. She's not complaining about the 2 ct diamond earings, or the gucci purse, or the clothes she gets either. LOL. I guess it's a lot easier when you're collecting every week though. We're both in good moods.

I'm married... 5 years this July. Wife knew going into this thing that I loved playing the ponies and blackjack... she likes the one armed bandits so we do okay heading out to Vegas, AC, or up to Foxwoods. I have always toiled with sports and she knows that if I put my mind to something, I will create a power figure, speed figure, pace figure, confidence factor, etc on it. I guess this is why I spend my days bidding public work for a construction manager in North Jersey. She knows she can't stop me from betting and I would never get myself in over my head with it. I think the nights that I stagger in and throw a wad of $100's at her every so often allow me to keep doing what I am doing!

Well to tell you the truth guys, my lady is very good about my gambling and never complains and sometimes even naps through the games an/or sits next to me and watches the games with me.
                  Oh yes-one small thing-"she" is a 1 year old+ lovely feline.
ps she does let me know if she is not fed on time though.
Best of luck to all today on the game.

I am married for 12 Years and have been gambling for @ 14 years and my wife can pick 'em just as good as Jim Fiest, Big AL and Fast Eddie. We went to vegas and she hit a 10 Team Parlay, we went to Bahamas and she hit a 7 Team Parlay. On one of the picks she had Titans on Monday Night Football and our plane left Monday morning, she one and they mailed the check to her. If you have to hide something from your wife or girlfriend then you need to leave, cause if you have hide from being yourself then LIFE is no FUN. The more FUN you have then the longer you LIVE.

girlfriend, she is cool as hell. been with her for a little more than a year. she loves slots and loves when i win. she bet 100 on philly yesterday so she is even happier today. great girl and doesn't mind the gambling as long as it doesn't negatively affect our lives. which means i need to win! doesn't enjoy how much i watch sport or check scores but like RJ says, i can see how that would be annoying.

I am recently married I used to bet a nickle to a dime plus per game since I got married I had to bring it down to $50-150 per game. She saw me WIN lots in bases and foots but this past year it has been a struggle she is awesome and half the time she watches the games with me on the couch. She doesn't really care if I'm on bc or checking scores gotta love it....

Been married 39 years---reared and sent through college (6 sons)---wife has always known about my sports wagering---through the years , after the first few disasterous years---we've been on the plus side, and have had some fantastic years to the good...

Have had losing years--but it comes down to money management---never have bet more than I could afford to pay...you don't bet what you can afford to win, you bet what you can afford to lose...

During one College Football season, I had 4 sons in college at the same time, I was fortunate that year to be able to buy each one of em a new car, and never touched my normal income...

Ups and downs---she understands both sides now, never used to till that real good NCAA football year..

She's cool--only 1 son has followed in my wagering ways---StuMan---other 5 don't mess with it---just get involved with office pools and generally ask StuMan and myself to help em....

I can't put a figure on Lifetime earnings, but it is definitely way up on the plus side...course this year is taking some of it back..kapt
