Is it standard for a local to charge a 20% juice line on totals in bases?
In still a bit green at this whole thing. I know onlines have extra juice on some games depending on if one goes Over or Under. I'm thinking there aren't a lot of locals that take action in bases, so they figure if your going to play with them, you don't mind laying the extra % because it's a seller's market. I have an account with Oly, but I'm reluctant to fund it again because of all the recent bs going on with WU and collecting your money from off-shores. I'm hoping all that gets cleared up before foots.
I don't know how many here use locals. Just wondering if I'm getting screwed here.

) and would like to play some. When I have real $$ on the line, I have a better chance of remembering and learning. I am also tracking a little sytem of sorts (ala our own Pimps theory) on paper. I can't spot play every night if I'm donating 20% on my loses to some little hairy guy.
