If and/or when and as stated, I can question the camera DIRECTLY about a number of issues about ITS citation and I receive proper notification of above, I will take this more seriously.
For now the alleged incident is hearsay, and I wouldn't even send either the processing company nor the City of Arlington a bucket of shit as payment to settle this.

All I know is that the other night I found an example of a case of this nature whih was dismissed because of this line of reasoning.
The only sure thing is that I will exhaust every legal means in my power to not have to pay this and/or at the very least, draw this out and make those who want their share of the pie to work for it.

Check this out-it shows that at least California camera red light violations can be beated.
The bad news is that my alleged violation was in Texas and for obvious reasons will not return there for a hearing.
I will use this though as a basis to contest both the $25 admininstrative fee on my credit card and if this issue gets as far as the DMV threatening to suspend my license in Mass:

I don't plan to spend anything, and I'm sure as heck not going to Texas for a hearing.
If they try to mess up my credit rating, so be it.
As stated, I am not applying for any loans from anyone and in fact am going to pay off my mortgage soon-I frankly don't care about my credit card even though now it is the max(which I think would be considered if should have to apply for a loan some day).
I obviously won't be able to use Budget Car Rental again, but so what-last I heard, they aren't the only folks who rent cars.
Also, I won't be going to Texas again if their plan is to arrest me-sure hope there is no such thing as extradition for a camera red light violation. lol
If the State of Mass. tries to suspend my license some day, well, then I will deal with it then.
For now and as stated, officially I have not even been cited for anything because of the manner in which the notice was sent.
If a policeman stopped me down there at the light and cited me, I might be more likely to pay it and forget it, but considering it might be a camera which may have used tricky and quick yellow lights and questionable times a shown on the citation, sorry I ain't paying no one-I want to question my "accuser."
If the folks from the processing company call me up and try to intimidate me, I will promptly tell them to "go fuck themselves" and slam the phone down.
As soon as I get that credit card with the $25 processing fee is when the fun begins-if I haven't received anything certified mail by then, I will tell the credit card company that I am contesting the charge because it is all news to me.
If I have received something by then certified mail, I will contest the charge on the basis that I am not paying the fee and/or fee based on an inanimate camera's say-so without a human witness present.

Tech-I don't know about the fire truck or ambulance because the camera if "questioned" could always "say" he (assuming it was a male camera) didn't see anything behind me.

I am not going to appeal this for the simple reason that I am not going to pay a zillion times more for the flight, etc. than the lousy $100 fine and processing fee.
I am simply not going to pay it until/if the State of Mass. threatens to suspend my license and even then I will appeal it here and not in the Fart of Texas.
I was being facetious talking about extradition over this petty matter(petty in my mind anyways).
The ball is in their court at this point as I "anxiously" await their next move.
