More shady evidence provided by the state. To quote Baez they tried fitting a square peg in a round hole.
You are making the same stupid reasoning errors that the jury made.

Cops walking by the car with doors, windows, and trunk closed, failed to smell the stench in the trunk.

Everyone who opened the trunk and was exposed to the inside of the trunk smelled the stench of death. Not everyone who smelled this told anyone about it except in being interviewed later.

Can someone give me the cliff notes of what happened? My mom keeps trying to talk to me about it and I didn't follow it.

They said it best on HLN today .......

"You walk out of your house in the morning and you look around. The road is wet, the lawn is wet, the driveway is wet, your car is wet. You didn't see it happen and you don't know how hard or when it happened but you do know it rained at some point and the jury missed the obvious by worrying about the when and where in this one. One juror even said her gut told her that casey had something to do with her daughters death. Well, the judge clearly stated before deliberation that if you do not think Casey Anthony had ANYTHING to do with Caylee's death, you should come back with a not guilty on counts 1-3. Well, you obviously don't think that if your gut tells you otherwise and at the very least, manslaughter should have been given in this case because everybody knows she had something to do with it."

Casey Anthony Wants Nothing To Do With Her Mother
Posted on July 8, 2011 by admin
Yου mіɡht even ѕау thаt ѕhе′s аѕ disgusted wіth hеr mother аѕ thе world wіth hеr.

Casey Anthony οnƖу hаѕ three approved people tο visit hеr іn prison aside frοm hеr legal staff: hеr mother, father аnԁ brother, Lee.

Thіѕ afternoon, Casey’s mother Cindy Anthony tried tο visit hеr іn prison, bυt Casey hаԁ officials turn hеr away. Thе Orange County Correcttion Department spokesman didn’t provide a reason аѕ tο whу, bυt maybe Casey didn’t give officers one. Maybe ѕhе јυѕt … rolled hеr eyes.

Casey ԁіԁ hοwеνеr meet wіth hеr lawyers, bυt tο talk аbουt whаt, wе don’t know.

Probably thеу јυѕt wanted tο ԁесіԁе whаt bar thеу wουƖԁ аƖƖ hit whеn ѕhе wаѕ released.

They must of read your post tech, they just changed her release date to July 17.

If there was ever a crash and burn potential, this chick fits into that category.

Another thing, If this was just a big accident why would Casey sit in jail making up stories about Zanny the Nanny to protect George, who she hated? I am sure Baez, who was hired by Casey on July 16th or 17th would advise her to spit it out so she could go home. Surely once she was denied bail, she would have talked. . but then again, that's common sense

    Again ...

Just because there was no Direct evidence does not mean there was no evidence. 100% of this case was based on circumstantial evidence. No there was no smoking gun but there was TONS and TONs of circumstantial evidence. The problem with circumstantial evidence is that is takes a semi-intelligent person to put the inferences together. As Linda Drane Burdick said in the closing: “I hope you can see the forest for the trees.” This jury failed to put 2 and 2 together…period.

So what you are saying is if you are a daughter of a lawyer or a police officer you have to be intelligent?? ... Come on Frank .. you can have all the smarts, brains, knowledge there is ... if you do not have common sense you have nothing ....

but I do like how you included that IT person ... hahahaha

Thanks to Casey and an Orange County deputy that was called to the scene of the bodies discovery in August but was too lazy and stupid to perform his job. From July on this story was on the news everyday. How can he not perform a more detailed search: The deputy was subsequently fired.

Also, thanks to the 911 operator the first time Kronk called. She was a complete moron. Kronk told her it was in the same neighborhood as the Anthony's and it could be Caylee. What did the 911 operator do? She told Kronk to call the hot line. If they found the body in August the trial and case would have been different.

Fingerprints and DNA didn't exist. Nor did a cause of death. No evidence of chloroform or chloroform making material in the home. And much of the circumstantial scientific evidence was conflicted testimony. There was conflicting opinions even within the FBI. The was conflicting ME testimony. Kronk wasn't called by the state. Why? Kronk also lied about the skull. George lied. The car with the odor of "death". How can 6 to 8 officers including experienced detective not detect the odor when they were in and out of the house for hours? The car was in the garage. The computer searches? The Orange County computer expert found nothing in his report. He turned to a Canadian computer expert. He spent days 'fixing' and rewriting his program. He fabricated his report. I write computer code. A programmer can manipulate code and data. Casey searched for "how to make chloroform". She was on the page for SECONDS before returning to Myspace. Making chloroform is hard. It's dangerous to make. An ME who did an half-assed autopsy. How can a ME not open the skull when cause of death is unknown? She should have ran every test possible.

We'll never agree. Joe, you and most others believe the circumstantial evidence was enough. Twelve 'retard' jurors and 5 alternates thought otherwise. Those 12 jurors are the only ones that matter.

Well you just diluted the jury pool down to 9% of Americans. Nine percent have an IQ of 120 or more. Twenty-five percent have an IQ of 110 or more.

50% of Americans have an IQ in the 90 to 109 range which is considered average.

Incidentally, the average IQ for a school teacher and a nurse is in the 120 range. Three jurors are nurses, nurse aids or nursing students. Another juror is a teacher. One juror earned a business college degree at University of Florida (a hard school to get into). One juror is the daughter of a lawyer. Another a daughter of a police officer. One is an IT worker. None I would consider in the 'retard' category.

Here's the profile of juror #11

Juror #11 This single 33-year-old high school gym teacher reminds many in the gallery of Johnny Depp and Matt LeBlanc. During compelling testimony, he leans forward to the edge of his seat, knees apart, elbows on knees, with his hands clasped. He was selected for the jury even though he had "formed an opinion of guilt" because he said he could set it aside and "keep my mind open." He characterized the death penalty as "a necessary option." This juror seems to have a voracious curiosity for everything in court ? especially the gallery and balcony, which he often scans during the numerous sidebars.
If memory serves me I believe he was the jury foreman. He certainly sounds like a competent person and not a retard at all.

Here's the makeup of all jurors.

How could they when she waited a month to report her missing? And when it took 5 more months to find the body? At that point the body was a skeleton and the month lost before they knew she was missing put them behind the 8 ball from the start. That's all thanks to casey and at that point, it has to be based on circumstantial evidence and they DID have a ton of that!

It's hard to get what you want when she waited a month to report it and the body was found as a skeleton after sitting in basically a flooded swamp.

Like joe said Frank, the fingerprints and dna didn't exist so you put the puzzle together without it and everything pointed to casey ... everything!

    .
You are mistaken. Casey's "surprise surprise" was the jail video when her mother said the media is speculating that Caylee drowned.

The state tried to introduce testimony about Casey's reaction when she was notified of the discovery of the body.
