There are way fewer fat women in foreign countries for obvious reasons;however once they come over here, that sometimes can change quickly.

This is mostly for Monte:
I just spoke to the owner again regarding you question about why only approximately 200 people came up who speak English out of 38000. when you press the search function.
He stated that that particular function applied only if the woman herself use the word "English" in her profile and had nothing to do with how many women spoke English.
I also asked why with some women in their profiles, the word "English" is used (and the woman will state what it is) while with other women the word "English" does not appear.
He stated that if the word "English" does not appear, it is safe to assume she doesn't speak any.
Other matters:
I asked him what percentage of all the 38000 women on the site have at least some knowledge of English and he stated it was at least 50%.
Regarding the number of women in Russia who speak English, he was said it was at least 60% if the woman was educated and/or lived near a big city but was a bit less if she was less edcuated and/or lived out in the boondocks.
Also, he stated that most men who are interested just use the check off function(country, age, children, or no children, etc) and not the search function in search of the ladies they would like to meet rather than search function.

Savage I can tell you for one if I was looking at women offshore I would want to know if they spoke English and at what level. I see that as being a huge advantage vs. a site that doesn't offer that in the profile fields.

The point is and as stated/implied in the other post is that if a woman specifically states in profile she speaks English(some profiles even say her knowledge is good, fair, etc.), the fine.
If nothing is said about speaking English, it is pretty fair assumption she doesn't speak any.
Look at it this way:
If a sports service brags that they went 4-0 yesterday, there is a good chance they are telling the truth.
If on the other hand, the same service says nothing about the day before and merely states what they have going for today, it is pretty fair to assume that they either broke even or lost on the prior day-it is not that different here.
If I were to do it all over again, I would do what the guy suggests-determine what country or countries I was interested in, then check the criterion(age, kids or no kids, height, weight, etc.) and narrow it down.
Then I would check the photos and profiles and take it from there.
If I found a lady in whom I was interested and wanted to know about her English, I could perhaps either call FA or better write to the lady via emai, phone, etc. to find out what her level of English is.
PS Apparently FA must be doing a lot more good than bad judging by their success rate, longevity and overall respect in the industry.
