I can't speak for the site about the English question, and it id as valid question.
On Monday before I go on vacation if I get a chance, I am going to contact the owner of Foreign Affair(the same guy who gave me the divorce stuff) and ask him to provide me with stats(if he has any)re: how many of the ladies speak at least some English both at his site and in general.
I would be shocked if the percentage if ladies in the Russian region who don't speak at least some English is not fairly high.
In other parts of the world including Colombia, it is lower; I would be quite surprised if only a few hundred out of 32 thousand women could converse in English.

Ask him why he doesn't have that option for all of the Russian ladies too.

There are 7444 Philippine women who are members of Foreign Affair.
FACT-English is the instructional language in all of the schools in the Philippines from grade 1 through high school and most speak it and understand it well.
Thus, it is fair to say tha just rounding things off we have 7000women alone in the Phils here who speak English with 31000 other ladies scattered around the world;I think it is fair to say that at least a "few" of those including Russian ladies speak English.
I rest my case.

My original search was default settings which were 18-45 didn't matter if they had kids or not, didn't specify any Country and the results of what I posted is what I got which was pretty darn low. Most of the women were Russian.

Monte-the whole point is that the 200 number for those who Speak English is meaningless and simply not true-I found 7000 who do without even trying.

Monte-Mayb I wasn't clear in what I said about Philippine women.
The point is and you can verify this this anywhere, that ALL Philippines are taught English as the primary language in schools from the first day of kindergarter until they graduate high school, college or if they quit school early.
Therefore one has to assume that the great majority of the Philippine women on the site(7000+) have a good or at least fair understanding of how to converse in English.
Just go to the site and check out some Phillippine women( I took a few at random and all stated that they speak English to at least some degree).
Thus, by my way of thinking, I assume that a good 7000 women in the Phils alone speak English, thus dispelling the notion that only a few hundred of the ENTIRE 38000 all around the globe speak English, which is what is implied.
Again, I am going to point this out to Foreign Affair using you as an example, because you punched in the word "English" and came away with the feeling that only a few hundred out of 38000 spoke English-it is a very valid point, and FA has to change it to avoid confusion in the future.
