It is in a forum here and it is non gambling. If it gets bumped, it gets bumped. Usually threads get bumped when they are very active and this one is. It doesn't matter if 2 people are talking or 10 ... and we are far from the only 2 talking in that thread.

We have also closed a 100 threads here before mavs. We have reasons why we do and unless savage wants it closed (The thread starter), there is no need to close it. He loves talking and if it gets to him, he'll tell us to lock it.

Never knew only the thread starter could have a thread closed, news to me......

There are no rules on why we close them but if any poster wants one of their threads closed, we will do it. Other than that, there is no reason to close this one as of yet.

You wanting it closed makes no sense. Because it's non sports? Gimme a break, we have a few non sports forums so what's the real reason. I don't see anything in it that should personally affect you enough to "Want" it closed. We are adults here and if savage wants to keep answering and asking questions, it is his and our right.

I am certainly glad I read 10 or 12 of the 200+ posts in this thread. I feel confident that I now have all the insight I've been missing to make my marriage of 36 years a happy one for my few remaining days on Earth.

I am really hurt by that ageist remark Dave. I'll only be 96 next month. How much did she cost? That's difficult to calculate since she makes more money than I do.

Easy Dr. Phil, do you really think I know how old you were when your kid was born? I was ballparking that age but now that you just told me you'll be 79 fricken years old when your kid is in his sophomore year of high school...I only had one friend who was like that and I can't tell you how much it sucked and how embarrassed he was by it. Do you ever even consider that you'll be a raisen right when your kid is gonna be entering his prime years of high school?

This is why I said before I fell horrible for the kid more than anything. Thing about everything he/she is going to have to go through....

I'm just impressed that at 65 he can still get it up !!! When I am 65, I HOPE I could bang a 65 year old and still remember it, much less a 40 year old. Savage just became my hero !!!

Mavs its mid August about 3 weeks until football season. There is nothing better to do on here IMO..
