You also have to look at what they are giving up. It's not as easy as people think it is. They have to leave their family and friends behind to come to a foreign place that they don't know. Family values in Foreign countries are typically a higher priority than in the USA. Meaning that most families live together until the children are married, get together all of the time etc.

I do agree with that.

In America we use the term "Taking one for the team" and in other Countries, it's "Taking one for the family"

Hey savage why do you care what these guys think about your situation buddy? At the end of the day its you who has to sleep, eat, and live with your wife.

Personally I see nothing wrong with it. If I had to pick between my bitch of a girlfriend versus someone who respects and values you me Id pick the one who is cool and keeps things simple. All of these commenting on your situation ask them how many of them are happy in their marriage or relationship right now? How many of their girls respect them as a man?Life is about choices and im sure because you pick a foreign bride it doesnt guarantee hapiness but I can almost assure most people that if you get married to an american woman you have a 50 percent chance or higher of being divorced.
Be happy buddy and dont worry about if she married because you have few dollars in the bank.

Easy Dr. Phil, do you really think I know how old you were when your kid was born? I was ballparking that age but now that you just told me you'll be 79 fricken years old when your kid is in his sophomore year of high school...I only had one friend who was like that and I can't tell you how much it sucked and how embarrassed he was by it. Do you ever even consider that you'll be a raisen right when your kid is gonna be entering his prime years of high school?
