As stated the issue involves INFINTELY miore than the cat-it involves our justice system and how I was treated;the cat just happened to be the thing in question.
If you are bored by it, fine-don't read it.
Others were interested in it enough to read it and respond, in some case a number of times-different strokes for different folks I guess is what apllies here.

How is the 4 year thing irrelevant? If they knew he had a cat and X amount of years went by then the Statutes of Limitations could be argued on Savages behalf.

The bottom line is the Condo board didn't want to hire an Attorney and fight Savage. They probably didn't have or want to spend the monies fighting him so in the end Savage did win.

The 4 year thing doesn't matter monte. People in my condo tried doing and saying the same thing. The association fought them and guess what, they lost because of the paper they signed and the cat that they currently owned.

To play Devil's Advocate, the fact that there was a cat and a a story to tell, which most importantly involves a debateable interpretation of the rules and laws, is precisely why this thought provoking topic was discussed for the most part intelligently.

Were you a parrot in a lifetime? All you do is parrot back what others who disagree with my opinion say-besides that you offer nothing more than childish one liners;you have never directly responded with an intelligent and original thought of your own in response to what I ahve said-you simply hide or come back with a one liner.

Again, such a simplistic view of reality. As many have pointed out, they just didn't want to invest the time and money to prove you wrong. If you would have had a pit bull that was posed a danger to your neighbors, I can assure you they would have litigated the matter and you would have lost. They just figured it wasn't worth the effort for to fight your pet pussy, so they left you alone. That does NOT mean you are right.

I also think you got a little wrapped up in them meeting their match. After the meeting they were not in fear, but probably laughing hysterically at you for being crazy enough to bring an atty to represent your cat!
