funny, i am thinking of buying this phone, but have had such bad experiences with sprint i never want to go back.

however, they have the 99 a month plan that includes everything, which i don't think they can screw up.

Good luck-I am going to toy with it for the next week and during the 30 day trial period when I am on vacation; right now because of what I said, I will probably exchange it for the Palm Centro or HTC Touch;Spark knows these phones inside out and those are what he recommended to me in terms of my needs.

ps I just the voice activated sports scores-it takes me to a scoreboard where it is showing partial scores of games which ended 1-2 hours ago.
I clicked on my favorite team, the Red Sox and is shows them trailing in the third inning 4-1;so far this phone totally sucks as far as I am concerned.
My sports pager is infinitely superior, and scores are right up-to-date.

Sprints 30 day free trial period starts from the day they mailed the phones. As I tried some of them out and got them returned just in time before the 30 days.

I have verizon with the Moto Q. Great phone except the battery sucks.

Ok-it works better for me now.
That being said, I am still going to switch to the HTC Touch or perhaps one of the Palm models simply because I don't want to pay a lot more money) when I don't even use the 550 minutes I was required to take before I switched, and have no need for text messaging.
Don't get me wrong-I just came back from Vegas and the GPS worked great, along with tv, and everything else.
However, for my purposes of chatting, getting scores, internet, etc., I believe that the phones I mentioned above will meet my needs at a much lesser price, and I do trust Spark who knows these phones inside out(he is the one who recommended the other phones).

You were wrong-I had my original Katana, Rumor, Instinct and HTc Touch in a period a lot more than 30 days, meaning that each 30 day trail period was separate from the one which preceded it.

She is not wrong Saavy ,,, maybe Sprint is different.. i have been in the business over 20 years and the 30 day period is always from the time you buy the first phone and you only get one exchange....
