pretty solid stuff...for real though, it's not that bad down here. Lived in the apple for a couple of years after undergrad, and loved living there. After a while I realized Manhattan is nothing but a bunch of yuppies and fakers. So, moved back south to go to law school. There are some necks, but not as bad as people make it out to be. Women are great and the people are real, and more diverse than a lot of places...Wayne, nice call by the way on the Peter Pan....Can't wait till next week...Also, you know any websites where I can bet on Calder. Can't bet on it up here..I hear there's some sort of dispute going on with Calder and all the other simulcast tracks..

Just bustin' your stones, Grandmama! Sometimes, when someone lobs one up, you gotta take a swing at it even if you don't believe it! Thanks for being a good sport....

Just curious, in the VIP area...do they offer bottle service and anything other than moon shine?

I guess it wouldnt really matter unless he was in a position to fix the game...from where he is sitting he has no influence on it one way or the other...

I think the argument would be if he's that close to the action, it makes him that close with the players which are in a position to fix the game.

The playmakers capable of fixing it are making so much money...it would be hard to pay them off...at least how i see it...they making millions on top of millions as it is...how much would u have to give them to make it interesting to them and willing to put thier careers on the line...but hey as we have seen these past couple years anything is possible...

Made me start thinking he was saying before game 2 how much he liked the Jazz to win the series. I see him out late night when he was drunk, and he tells me there is no way anyone can beat the fakers, and that he had some cash riding on them. Just wondering if Vegas is paying him, or giving him some debt relief for all the cash he's lost out there for saying he likes teams that he really doesn't..

LAS VEGAS (AP)—A prosecutor says retired NBA star Charles Barkley will face felony charges if he fails to repay a $400,000 gambling debt to a Las Vegas Strip casino.

Clark County District Attorney David Roger says Barkley will get a chance to make restitution to Wynn Las Vegas to avoid felony bad check charges.

The casino alleges in court documents filed Wednesday that Barkley failed to repay four $100,000 casino markers, or loans, he received last Oct. 18 and 19.

Barkley played 16 NBA seasons. He’s now a basketball analyst for TNT.

Exactly why IMO he shouldn't be employed by the NBA
