energy level isnt that great effected. But if you get the musclemilk(coffee) java joe it will! its got a boost of cafeine in it that certainly helps. I like that one myself before i go in and work out.

I'm not looking for best results but looking for results. Is it still ok if i take muscle milk as a meal replacement?

wow if you can get the muscle milk that cheap by all means do it! The difference isnt that big.

here 17 oz of muscle milk in rtd(ready to drink)350

17 oz of myoplex in rtd 350 also.

case of 12 is usually 35 bucks for both so about the same.

you right buddy the best time to drink is right when your done because it definitely helps and believe me after a month you will see the difference.

My workout program that i'm going to do is this...

                  Sunday-Cardio
                  Monday-Upper Body
                  Tues- cardio
                  Wed- Lower Body
                  Thurs- Cardio
                  Friday- Upper Body
Saturday- Off Day.... Can eat whatever i want

but on the days when working out, 5-6 meals a day at a small portion

thats pretty good. yes that is probably the muscle milk light which is a good product. The cheat day is key though because a lot times saturday can spill over into sundays but shouldnt be that hard now that football season is over. Goodluck.

Hell yeah they are.I'm just trying to get my chest to stick out farther than my belly again I tried a Mic Ultra because some guys I work out with said they had less carbs.Screw that,I'm back on Bud Light.I have cut back from drinking every day.4-7 beers a day for the past few years.I don't get crazy and drink in double digits anymore unless it's a football game or a race ect.... but noticed my face and belly was the only thing getting fat.I hope I stick with it this time but it's hard not to get home and grab one out of the fridge.Off to the gym,see you guys tommorrow.

Its actually not the "light".. Its the original but not the 17 oz...i got the 11 oz.

So here is my question, do you think i can take it as a meal suplement in the morning while i workout at night? Again, i need to lose 80 lbs to get to where i need to be. I dont necessarily want to bulk up but i need to lose the weight

Both are excellent meal replacemente to go along with a low carb diet and plenty of water.
