From November of senior year of HS till August of freshman College, worked out 2 times a day, ate 7 meals a day, during the summer did industrial roofing, dragging 400 lb rolls of rubber across a 105 degree roof. Shaved my head, and looked like an animal. College coach planned on playing me at DE, made a quick decision to move me to strong side DT.

16 years later was 315 till last September figured better do something, have four kids (14 year old twin boys, 4 year old boy and 3 year old girl) and needed to get back in shape to keep up with them!!!!!!!! I think I am faster now

Sorry Chuck, don't know a recent 40 time

If you go to Vitamin Shoppe they have something there....It contain Milk Thistle.....I also had it and when I cleaned up my diet it dropped withing normal limits.....I was eating way to much processed foods a few years ago...I had gotten up to 230 pounds and did not think i was that heavy, but it is easily remedied......The diabetes i brought up is Type II which is usually brought about by lifestyle, again which can be rectified easily with small changes to the diet....Good Luck BR

Milk thistle is good for the liver. Yes, lifestyle is the best ************ for type2, I am sure your doc would agree....
But the strongest and inexespensive supplements that can help are american ginseng(i buy mine bulk from chinatown and save tons) and cinnamin. Do a search on google or look at lef.org
