    I was in a thread and alot of guys said they were fat and eat lots of twinkies and ring dings....

    Just wondering what our starting lineup looks like out on the field.....??

    I will start it off

    5'10 200lbs.

        doesn't always mean that......Many people who have a poor diet and it is also a precursor to Syndrome X which is high tryglcerides, High cholesterol, low HDL and insulin resistance.....The fat in the liver makes it not able to filter properly....There are cleanses at Vitamin stores (some say they work...others say not), but the best thing to do is lose weight and improve diet.....Very familiar with this....

                  Thanks two ton. My dad had Diabeties so I am concerned. The doc did tell me to lose 15 pounds.What is the Product for cleansing it out.DO you have this as well? Thanks again for the info.

                    If you go to Vitamin Shoppe they have something there....It contain Milk Thistle.....I also had it and when I cleaned up my diet it dropped withing normal limits.....I was eating way to much processed foods a few years ago...I had gotten up to 230 pounds and did not think i was that heavy, but it is easily remedied......The diabetes i brought up is Type II which is usually brought about by lifestyle, again which can be rectified easily with small changes to the diet....Good Luck BR

                              5'8" 220lbs... sad thing is, I dont even look overweight considering 4 years ago I was 5'7" and 130lbs... thats college for ya!!

                              let the 1am McDonalds run for 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 for breakfast in the morning always continue!!
