I don't buy into the logic that coaches are handed winning teams and anyone can coach them. If that was the case teams that Joe Torre or Phil Jackson coach win the title every year.
Face it most managers and head coaches have egos and don't think there shit stinks...Do you think that Ozzie would be getting all this attention if they were not winning games? The spotlight is on him big time these days and he is definitely having a meltdown with the media.
There are very few managers or head coaches that are choir boys in any sport. Billy Martin, Tommy Lasorda, Bobby Cox, Lou Pinella, Bruce Arena, Red Auerbach, Sparky Anderson, Bobby Knight all possess a sailor's tongue.
