If you would read my reply I said trading Johnson AND Small would be a BIG Mistake.. Who the hell would give up a starter and a quality middle relief pitcher for 1 player?? Make no sense.. I would give Johnson up in a heartbeat but not both him and Small..

seriously, gay rod would be the face of the new Nationals organization. and 1/2 of Gay rod's contract will be up by next year. soriano could go to OF and it would work for both teams. I think Gay rod for Soriano will happen. I'm starting the rumor now. Watch sportscenter in the coming days.

You are missing the point...you said two months ago you would not trade Johnson AND Small for Soriano. I asked if you wanted it back and you just said no.... Obviously, it will never happen as Washington has no use for RJ...just found your infatuation with a 34 yr old journeyman that had a great 2 months in 2005 with the Yankees very funny.

In theory, I agree...but when one of the arms didn't belong in the majors and the other is 42, and the hitter could be a Hall of Famer and is just hitting his prime...then I disagree wholeheartedly.
