i think booing is fine.....but there always seems to be some asshole at all games who feels the need to yell and try to be funny as well as insulting.....I for one think it is more about the insecurities of the guy yelling.....I am always embarrassed for whoever is with him......I think it definitely shows how trivial his life is........Reminds me of the little league asshole parents who yell crap....It is always the same types who probably could not even do 1 fucking pushup or have never achieved anything who yell the loudest.......I guess to answer the question posed....I think to boo a guy like rivera or jeter is ludicrous......To go to fenway and buy a jeter swallows shirt is a testament that people have no respect....for themselves or others.......To me it is not a question of if i am paying someones salary does it give me a right???? It is about my own self-worth and is my life so trivial that i must unload on a guy who plays a sport that i am there to watch.....remember although they are the greatest in the world they have off nights too......I also have other areas in my life that i take more seriously.....Health, Wealth and Family.....they are a further down the rung in importance
