i feel the same way about the Yanks. the last few years have been exciting but losing Game 7 in 2004 ALCS and Game 5 in 2005 ALDS was tough. not to mention the debacle against the Marlins in 2003 and the 2001 Game 7 against the Dbacks. hopefully we can break through this year. lol. i am sure there are small market teams' fans reading our comments and thinking "what spoiled idiots"!!!

Its too bad in some ways you aren't a little older;if you were, you would have loved the success Yanks had in the fifties, sixties and 70' and 80's(I hated it of course as a Sox fan -lol).
Then again, Yanks did have a great run in the nineties;thus you have not done that "bad."

i know. can't complain with the run in 90s though. especially 96. that was completely unexpected. i am reading Buster Olney's "Last Night of the Yankees Dynasty" right now. Great book even if you hate them. Shows all the moves made and not made that led to those championships while playing out the Game 7 in 2001 against Arizona.

I don't know but it bothers me that they never had an opinion and that we are giving 25% to taxes while the guys that won a ton more are not paying any!

the only other things i was thinking was waiting til next April when Dan actually has to pay the taxes then having him send us proof of the taxes. or paying $100 now and waiting for proof to pay the other $150. i don't understand either why he needs the money now. it is over a year away.
