If the bus can score 4 TDs Pitt deserves to win and he deserves the MVP. I think the Seahawks Redzone defense and their run defense won't allow that to happen.

Seattle in a low scoring game. Both have good defense my only concern is the Seattle punter.

im a browns fan and hate pitt, but i have to say i think pitt is one of the easiest superbowl bets since TB against Oakland a few years ago.

                  Chuck Darby's Take

This is from seahawks.com. Defensive Tackle Chuck Darby has been keeping a running diary throughout the playoffs on the Seahawks' website. Here is an exceprt from this article:

"To me, everybody around the world and the U.S. is counting us out because we’re playing the Pittsburgh Steelers. We understand that. We don’t like it. But we understand it, and we’re using that as motivation. That’s why on one hand it makes us mad, but it’s good at the same time. We put everything on the line with a little more energy because you’re mad about other people downgrading you. You’ve got to prove it to them. We proved it to them against the Washington Redskins. We proved it to them against the Carolina Panthers.

But they’re right until we prove them wrong against the Pittsburgh Steelers. We’ve made it to the top of the mountain, but there is somebody waiting for us, so we have to get them off. We all see it, now it’s just a matter of executing our offense, defense and special teams the way we have all year, and the big prize will be ours."

I like it. It sounds like the players are focused and they will be playing with a chip on their shoulder. Although the Steelers have the playoff history and pedigree, don't count out the Seahawks. They have players and coaches who have experience in the Superbowl and won the Superbowl. I don't think they will play scared, and I don't think they will get ran out of the building.

Just my thoughts. Take them for what they're worth...

My prediction is that about midway through the 1Q I'll be wishing for a hedgeable halftime line.

I think Hasselback is prone to throw a few more up for grabs than Big Ben. They will slow Alexander down and put Matt in those positions. Seattle receivers will go back to their old ways and drop some passes because Pitt will be more physical than anyone they've played and Pitt will control the clock in the 2nd half, which is their trademark right now. The way they've finally opened up their offense is the big key here, and will provide them with a Championship.

                                Regards,

                                Caddy
