Just look at my lions year in and year out.

I didn't read all the shit in this thread and I honestly don't care to. The Bears made it to the last 8 teams standing. I would like the Lions just to make it to 8 wins in a season.

Rook chicago did one thing today that most teams who lost in the playoffs didnt do...They showed heart, they showed a will to compete no matter the score, you should be proud to have the bears in your heart. All of them are soldiers for their coach and fans. Next year youll get them bud

I am extreamely proud of the Bears and what they accomplished. We overacheived big time this year. I think we have the ability to acheive some good things in the upcoming years if of course knock on wood we stay healthy.

We didn't give up today, we fought until the end, and even though we came up short, the season was a success.

if you read his post he said the season was over before it started. to me and others would take into consideration the tragedy and that they had no shot after what happened. i agree with you that the saints are a bad team in need of alot of help. how were the giants this year??? did they make the playoffs??

i still do not think that is what he meant.....i think you would have to dig deep to find that from over before it started...could have meant many things...like the saints always stink.....the saints always have high hopes but flop.....but i try never to think the worse first.....and to answer your question the giants did make the playoffs....but they exited so fast many people missed it....ha ha!!! good luck buddy

Why didn't Lovie play Grossman in the finale vs Minnesota? I cannot believe how little playing time Grossman had the past few seasons - one start in 485 days! A little more PT might have helped him avoid his horrible start today.

Now a days unless a team wins it all everyone else's season is considered a failure The Bears had a great season to what their expectations were supposed to be. They played extremely poorly on both special teams and defense today and only lost by 8.
