let us not forget this kid was down 12 with 6 minutes to go on a huuuuge stage and did not buckle.....n fact he played with unbelievable confidence....i felt it through the TV.....i knew they would score....hoped he wouldn;t but in my gut i knew.....i saw the look in his eyes and the way the other players were looking to him......I do not know what you guys know about him, but he is a leader and talented.....I do not know how it will correlate to the NFL (does anybody? even scouts?), but he is a little more rounded i think than vick...He is much bigger and has a much bigger arm, so to me that tells me he has the tools......You can hear about the O-line, the receivers and blah blah blah......This kid did it against a team who had not lost in 3 years.....hats off to him

Tony i had texas last night....when usc went up by 12 or whatever it was for one time in my gambling life i was the least bit worried because i was 99% sure they would score. It was weird, you could see how unrattled he was and how confident he was. I was watching with friends and i told them if texas gets the ball back there is no way they are not going to win. There were so many times when guys were blitzing and he was just standing there not even worried, as if they werent coming after him. He played awesome last night!

i noticed same thing he seems so calm everything he does is smooth n easy, gotta draft this guy especially when rb's seem to be a dime a dozen just look at denver broncos how many rb's have they drafted that've turned out to be 1000 plus yard rushers portis, anderson, davis, the list goes on and on.
Much easier to get a rb later in the draft then a qb with that kind of talent

Vince looked like a man among boys last night. The man pretty muck single handedly won the National Championship. The reason the WR and TE were so open is because the DB's and LB's all had to keep an eye on Vince. When your worried about the QB, it's hard to stay on your man. Bad USC defense or not ...that team still won 2 Titles. As for Texas' Defense winning that game....I don't believe one can give so much credit to a D that just gave up 38 points in a championship game. If Vince is so overrated,.. Who out there (other than Leinhart) is as good or better. Whom does is overrate that he shouldn't. Before you name QB's..check their stats,win% and competion.
