JBC....did I say overrated????? I said over hyped.....Most D-1 quarterbacks should be able to hit those wide open recievers that were out there tonight.

I disagree....He played a unbelievable game. The difference between him and leinart tonight was vince young took the game over. Leinart played very well. But vince took the team and put them on his back and is the reason they won. Just my opinion. Gotta go to bed...classes start again tomorrow

i have to tip my hat to him.....he has dominated every game i have seen him in except one....what more can he do....he plays on a good team of course....but the kid is a winner...and i am not a big fan.....but he took that game over from a team that had not lost in 3 years.....whether that translates to the pros i do not know.....he could still develop.....he has the size and arm strength and that drive took huge nuts......congrats to him

IMO.....Texas won because they had the better D.....they made a few key stops and got a few more breaks-on that TD in the first half when Young's knee was clearly down. Not that USC would've stopped them but ya never know.

you guys may be right....he is probably more NFL ready, but i have seen so many can't miss guys miss.....but the last 2 from usc look pretty darn good...(palmer and is it cassel??? who never played there)......sometimes the NCAA game does not translate into a great pro career and then vice versa...these 6th round players become legendary.....not an exact science for sure
