That's half the problem with the NFC. Super Bowls are never 10-3 games and none of the NFC teams can score enough to beat the AFC powerhouse Offense!

You're right, he did throw some picks, but if the Steelers had a D, they would've won...I don't think you can pin that loss on Ben. I def agree that the AFC is better, but the NFC isn't weak.

Only 2 teams have Won with defense in the last 25 years. The 85' Bears and the Ravens 4 or 5 years ago. Every Superbowl has been a track meet and that's why the NFC will CONTINUE to lose them!

If Indy makes the SB (which they should), it's over, but if any other AFC team makes it, I think Seattle and Carolina have a chance to beat them.

The AFC is head and shoulders above the NFC, they have so many good teams and alot of teams that are improving this year. Compared to the AFC they are weak and that is the only confrence you can compare them to. Just my opinion.

You forgot my Boys...TB in '02...they scored a lot in the SB, but 3 of those were defensive TDs. If you look at NE and St Louis, their Ds were all top 10.

I'm talking about soley with Defense. Those teams had pretty good offensive units to go with the D's. The NFC can't say that this year!

i agree 10000% with this statement!

Pgh lost some weak games with Ben out, New England is still one of the top teams and they've lost 1/2 of their team.

I'll say it again. THE NFC IS WEAK!!!!!!!!

I can't remember any recent SB winner having any D as bad as the Bengals or NE (this season).

The only teams in the AFC you can put in this category this year are Indy, Denver, and SD.

How is Carolina not legit. IMO, they have a better team now than they did when they made the SB a few years ago...do you remember that SB...yea, NE by 3. You can't tell me that besides Indy, any other AFC team is more than a 4 point favorite against Carolina.
